Pacific Alliance International Consulting (PAiC) is the designated client origination, intake, and preliminary screening authority within the Pacific Alliance Group (PAG) ecosystem.

PAiC operates as a controlled gateway through which all prospective engagements are introduced, assessed, and prepared for governance review under PAG’s institutional framework.

Unlike conventional advisory firms, PAiC does not operate as a broker, capital provider, or intermediary. Its primary function is to ensure that all opportunities entering the PAG ecosystem meet predefined standards of credibility, documentation completeness, and governance readiness.

PAiC works in close coordination with a global network of approved introducers, comprising both professional and non-professional participants. These introducers serve as the initial point of contact with potential clients and are responsible for ensuring that prospective parties are properly informed of PAG’s governance standards prior to engagement.

All prospective clients must undergo a structured onboarding process, which includes:

• Proper introduction through recognised PAiC channels

• Execution of the MEGFFA

• Submission of a complete documentation package

• Preliminary screening and validation by PAiC

Only upon successful completion of these steps will the opportunity be submitted internally to ZMA for formal due diligence under the ZMA-DD-001 framework.

This structured approach ensures that PAG maintains strict control over the quality, integrity, and suitability of all engagements.
